Pita Tipene, whom received the Tai Tokerau Māori Business Leader Award at the Te Taitokerau Māori Business Excellence Awards in March is now standing as a councillor for Northland Regional Council at the coming local elections.
We wish Matua all the best in his campaign to represent the Māori constituency as a NRC councillor.
